- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- ½ cup Buffalo Sauce
- 8 small Tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- ½ cup Diced Tomatoes
- ¼ cup Ranch Dressing
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
Toss cauliflower florets with buffalo sauce in a mixing bowl.
Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
