  • ½ cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 8 small Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • ½ cup Diced Tomatoes
  • ¼ cup Ranch Dressing

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Toss cauliflower florets with buffalo sauce in a mixing bowl.
  3. Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
  4. Warm tortillas in the oven for the last 5 minutes of baking.
  5. Assemble tacos with buffalo cauliflower, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
