Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Buffalo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain and cool eggs under cold running water. Peel and halve lengthwise.
  3. Remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Buffalo sauce, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe yolk mixture back into egg whites. Garnish with chopped chives.
