  • 1 block Extra-firm tofu pressed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ cup Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the tofu pieces with cornstarch until evenly coated.
  3. Place the coated tofu pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the tofu pieces.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and toss the baked tofu pieces in buffalo sauce until well coated.
  7. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
