Main Ingredients
- 1 block Extra-firm tofu pressed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- ½ cup Cornstarch
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the tofu pieces with cornstarch until evenly coated.
Place the coated tofu pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle olive oil over the tofu pieces.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
Remove from oven and toss the baked tofu pieces in buffalo sauce until well coated.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
