Burger Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef 80% lean
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 4 Burger Buns toasted
- 4 slices Cheese optional
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently.
Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
If using cheese, add a slice to each patty during the last minute of cooking.
Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two.
Assemble the burgers and serve immediately.
