Ingredients 

Burger Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef 80% lean
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 4 Burger Buns toasted
  • 4 slices Cheese optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  4. Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  5. If using cheese, add a slice to each patty during the last minute of cooking.
  6. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two.
  7. Assemble the burgers and serve immediately.
