- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1.5 teaspoon Salt
- 1.5 cups Buttermilk
- ½ cup Butter melted
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Add the buttermilk and stir until just combined.
Pour the melted butter into an 8x8 inch baking dish.
Spoon the batter over the butter and spread it out evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let the biscuits cool slightly before cutting and serving.
