Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Green beans trimmed
- 3 tablespoon Butter unsalted
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
1. Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt.
2. Add the green beans and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until tender but still crisp.
3. Drain the beans in a colander and return them to the saucepan.
4. Add the butter to the hot beans and toss until the butter is melted and the beans are well coated.
5. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
