- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon active dry yeast
- ¼ cup butter, melted
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
In another bowl, mix buttermilk and melted butter.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, knead until smooth.
Place dough in a greased loaf pan, let rise for 30 minutes.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
