- 1 cup Milk preferably whole milk
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice or white vinegar
1. Pour the milk into a measuring cup.
2. Add the lemon juice or vinegar to the milk.
3. Stir well and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it curdles.
4. Use as needed in your recipe.
