Main Ingredients
- 1 medium Butternut Squash peeled and cubed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 lb Pizza Dough store-bought or homemade
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 10 leaves Fresh Sage chopped
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss the butternut squash cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, until tender and slightly caramelized.
Increase the oven temperature to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone inside if you have one.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Transfer the dough to a piece of parchment paper if using a pizza stone, or to a baking sheet.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, followed by the roasted butternut squash cubes.
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and chopped sage leaves on top.
Bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
