  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Sage chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the cubed butternut squash with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the squash evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the squash is tender and lightly browned.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh sage. Serve warm.
