Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
  • ½ cup Croutons
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together minced garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. 2. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking constantly to emulsify the dressing.
  3. 3. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4. In a large salad bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. 5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  6. 6. Serve immediately.
