Ingredients 

Burger Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 4 slices Fresh Mozzarella
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
  3. 3. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  4. 4. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of mozzarella on each patty to melt.
  5. 5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for about 1 minute.
  6. 6. Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the buns, then top with tomato slices, basil leaves, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
  7. 7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
