Caprese Chicken Recipe
A delicious and simple chicken dish inspired by the classic Caprese salad.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts
- 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
- 8 ounces Mozzarella cheese sliced
- 1 cup Basil leaves fresh
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Top with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella slices, and basil leaves.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
