Main Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms cleaned and stems removed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup mozzarella balls
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
Place mushrooms on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, add cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls to each mushroom.
Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
