Caprese Panini Recipe
A simple and delicious Caprese Panini perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Ciabatta bread
- 1 ball Fresh mozzarella sliced
- 2 medium Tomatoes sliced
- 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic glaze
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Preheat your panini press.
Brush the outside of the ciabatta slices with olive oil.
Layer mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil leaves on one slice of bread.
Drizzle balsamic glaze over the ingredients.
Top with the second slice of bread, oiled side out.
Grill in the panini press for about 5 minutes or until golden and crispy.
