Caprese Pizza Recipe
A delicious and simple Caprese Pizza with fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.

- 1 piece Pizza dough store-bought or homemade
- 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
- 8 oz Fresh mozzarella sliced
- 1 bunch Fresh basil leaves only
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
Arrange the sliced mozzarella evenly over the dough.
Top with halved cherry tomatoes.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and scatter fresh basil leaves on top before serving.
