  • 1 piece Pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 8 oz Fresh mozzarella sliced
  • 1 bunch Fresh basil leaves only
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
  3. Arrange the sliced mozzarella evenly over the dough.
  4. Top with halved cherry tomatoes.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and scatter fresh basil leaves on top before serving.
