Caprese Quinoa Salad Recipe
A fresh and healthy salad combining quinoa, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Rinse quinoa under cold water.
In a pot, combine quinoa and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Let quinoa cool.
In a large bowl, combine quinoa, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
