  • 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • 2 apples sliced
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add pork chops and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
  4. Remove pork chops from skillet and set aside.
  5. Add apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the skillet.
  6. Cook until apples are tender and caramelized, about 5 minutes.
  7. Return pork chops to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, until heated through.
