- 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
- 2 apples sliced
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup butter
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add pork chops and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
Remove pork chops from skillet and set aside.
Add apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the skillet.
Cook until apples are tender and caramelized, about 5 minutes.
Return pork chops to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, until heated through.
