Crust
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 0.5 cup unsalted butter cold, cubed
- 0.25 cup granulated sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 tablespoon cold water
Filling
- 4 medium apples peeled, cored, and sliced
- 0.5 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add cold water and mix until dough forms. Press dough into a tart pan.
Arrange the apple slices on the crust. Drizzle caramel sauce over the apples and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the apples are tender. Let cool before serving.
