Instructions
1. Combine pork, red chile sauce, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and black pepper in a large pot. Mix well.
2. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
3. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
4. Place the pot in the oven and cook for about 2 hours, or until the pork is tender.
5. Serve hot with rice or tortillas.
