Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into cubes
- 4 Potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the tomato sauce, beef broth, cumin, and oregano. Bring to a boil.
4. Add the cubed potatoes. Reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
