- 4 large carrots
- 4 large parsnips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Peel and cut carrots and parsnips into fry-like strips.
Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
