Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated carrots, rolled oats, and whole wheat flour.
  3. Add honey, applesauce, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let it cool before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
