  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the carrot fries with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the carrots in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the carrots are tender and slightly crispy.
