Carrot Salad Recipe
A simple and refreshing carrot salad.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Carrots, grated
- ½ cup Raisins
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
1. Grate the carrots and place them in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the raisins, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
3. Mix everything together until well combined.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
