Crust Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower chopped into florets
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- ¼ cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Dried Oregano
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Egg lightly beaten
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower florets until they are a rice-like consistency.
Transfer the cauliflower to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 4 minutes. Let it cool slightly.
Place the cauliflower in a cheesecloth and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, Parmesan, mozzarella, salt, oregano, garlic powder, and egg. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a pizza crust.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
Add your favorite toppings and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
