Ingredients 

Crust Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower chopped into florets
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • ¼ cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Egg lightly beaten

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower florets until they are a rice-like consistency.
  3. Transfer the cauliflower to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 4 minutes. Let it cool slightly.
  4. Place the cauliflower in a cheesecloth and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, Parmesan, mozzarella, salt, oregano, garlic powder, and egg. Mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a pizza crust.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
  8. Add your favorite toppings and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
