- 1 head Cauliflower chopped into florets
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Add the chopped cauliflower florets and shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture.
Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
