  • 1 head Cauliflower chopped into florets
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chopped cauliflower florets and shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
