Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
Add mixed vegetables, cook until tender.
Stir in grated cauliflower, cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
