Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  2. Add chopped cauliflower and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Blend the soup until smooth. Stir in heavy cream, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve hot and enjoy!
