Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup glutinous rice
  • 4 cups water
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup evaporated milk for topping

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse the rice in cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the rice and reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Add the cocoa powder, sugar, and salt. Stir well until everything is dissolved and the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Serve hot with a drizzle of evaporated milk on top.
