- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 unit Egg beaten
- ¼ cup Butter melted
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the shredded cheese and mix well.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, beaten egg, and melted butter.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Transfer the batter to a greased baking sheet and spread it evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
