- 4 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes
- 0.5 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix the crushed cornflakes with the melted butter, then sprinkle over the potato mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the top is golden brown and the potatoes are tender.
