Cheesy Zucchini Casserole

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
- 0.25 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 0.25 cup milk
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
Add zucchini slices, cook until tender.
In a bowl, mix cooked zucchini, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
