- 1 cup Chia Seeds
- 2 cups Milk (any kind)
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup or any sweetener
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Whisk together until well combined.
Let it sit for 5-10 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumping.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Stir well before serving. Enjoy!
