- 1 kg Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- ½ cup Vinegar
- 6 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 teaspoon Black Peppercorns
1. Combine chicken, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, bay leaf, and peppercorns in a large pot.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
3. Serve hot with rice.
