Chicken Alfredo Zoodles Recipe
A lighter take on the classic Chicken Alfredo, using zucchini noodles instead of pasta.

Main Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 4 medium zucchini spiralized into noodles
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
5. Add the spiralized zucchini noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
6. Slice the cooked chicken and place on top of the zoodles. Serve immediately.
