Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 4 medium zucchini spiralized into noodles
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. 4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. 5. Add the spiralized zucchini noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  6. 6. Slice the cooked chicken and place on top of the zoodles. Serve immediately.
