Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 cup Milk
- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Frozen peas and carrots
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Biscuits
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Cold butter, cubed
- ¾ cup Milk
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, chicken broth, milk, flour, peas and carrots, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt for the biscuits. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
5. Stir in milk until just combined. Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit dough over the chicken mixture.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
