Chicken and Sausage with Bowties

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups bowtie pasta
- 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
- 1 pound Italian sausage, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the sausage and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside with the chicken.
4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
5. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Let the sauce thicken for a few minutes.
7. Add the cooked chicken, sausage, and pasta to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
