- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 pieces Avocados, diced
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss gently to combine all ingredients. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for later.
