  • 2 pieces Avocados, diced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  2. Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
