Chicken Cacciatore Recipe
Classic Italian chicken dish with tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
- 1 medium Onion sliced
- 1 medium Bell Pepper sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- ½ cup Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add a bit of oil.
2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then brown them in the skillet. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the onions and bell peppers. Cook until softened.
4. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
5. Pour in the tomato sauce and chicken broth. Stir in the oregano and basil.
6. Return the chicken to the skillet. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
7. Serve hot with your choice of side.
