- 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 4 pieces Bread your choice
- 1 cup Romaine Lettuce chopped
- ½ cup Caesar Dressing
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 piece Tomato sliced
1. Preheat your grill pan over medium-high heat.
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill for about 5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
3. While the chicken is cooking, mix the chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing in a bowl.
4. Once the chicken is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
5. Toast the bread slices if desired.
6. Assemble the sandwich by layering the Caesar salad, sliced chicken, tomato slices, and grated Parmesan cheese between two slices of bread.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
