Chicken Cordon Bleu

- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 4 slices Ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 pieces Eggs beaten
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness.
Place a slice of ham and cheese on each chicken breast, then roll up and secure with toothpicks.
Dredge each chicken roll in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
Place the chicken rolls in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
