Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Enchilada sauce
  • 8 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 cup Sour cream for serving

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken and half of the cheese.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture, roll up, and place in a baking dish.
  4. Pour enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot with sour cream.
