Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pieces chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 pound fettuccine pasta
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and slice into strips.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. 4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. 5. Add cooked fettuccine and sliced chicken to the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
