Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess.
3. Dip the floured chicken into the beaten eggs.
4. Coat the chicken with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
5. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
6. Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
7. Drain on paper towels and serve with your favorite sauce.
