Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground chicken
- 1 Onion, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Carrot, shredded
- 1 Head of lettuce separated into leaves
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoon Green onions, chopped
1. Heat the skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
2. Add diced onion, minced garlic, and shredded carrot. Cook until vegetables are tender.
3. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and grated ginger. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and stir in chopped green onions.
5. Serve the chicken mixture in lettuce leaves and enjoy!
