  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. Place chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound to about ¼ inch thickness using a meat mallet.
  2. Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook chicken breasts for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
