Instructions
Place chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound to about ¼ inch thickness using a meat mallet.
Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken breasts for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
