- 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce
- 4 slices Mozzarella Cheese
- 4 pieces Sandwich Rolls
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness.
3. Mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
4. Coat chicken breasts with olive oil, then dip in breadcrumb mixture.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown on both sides.
6. Transfer chicken to a baking sheet, top with marinara sauce and mozzarella slices.
7. Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Toast sandwich rolls in the oven for the last 5 minutes of baking.
9. Assemble sandwiches and serve hot.
