  • 4 slices Bread your choice
  • 4 tablespoon Pesto Sauce
  • 2 slices Tomato
  • 2 leaves Lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the grill pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. 2. Grill the chicken breasts for about 5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  3. 3. Slice the cooked chicken breasts.
  4. 4. Toast the bread slices if desired.
  5. 5. Spread pesto sauce on each slice of bread.
  6. 6. Layer the chicken slices, tomato, and lettuce on two slices of bread.
  7. 7. Top with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
