Chicken Potstickers Recipe

Filling
- 1 lb Ground chicken
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 package Potsticker wrappers
Cooking
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- ½ cup Water
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and cabbage. Mix well.
2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each potsticker wrapper. Fold and seal the edges.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add potstickers and cook until bottoms are golden brown, about 2 minutes.
4. Add water to the skillet and cover. Steam for about 5 minutes or until the water has evaporated.
5. Remove the lid and cook for another 2 minutes until the bottoms are crispy again. Serve hot.
